We value customer satisfaction, but since SahlaForm is a digital product, we have a strict refund policy.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a license is activated, we do not offer refunds.

If you experience issues, contact support for assistance.

2. Exceptions

If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan and haven’t activated it yet, contact us within 24 hours.

If we fail to deliver the service as described, a refund may be considered.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

If approved, refunds will be handled by Paddle and credited back to your original payment method.
